We collect the information needed to run your account and move your luggage: account details (name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and email), collection and delivery addresses with contact phone numbers, and shipment data - package dimensions, weights, content descriptions, declared customs values and tracking events. If you contact support, we keep that correspondence too.
Your data is used to provide the service: generating quotes, booking shipments, producing labels, arranging collection and showing tracking. To fulfil a shipment we share the necessary details - names, addresses, phone numbers and customs information - with our courier partners through their carrier APIs, and they may pass them to customs authorities as required by law. If you sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Google OAuth; we never see your Google password. We don't sell your personal data, and we only email you about your shipments, your account and service updates.
We keep shipment records, including customs declarations, for as long as we're required to for tax, customs and dispute-resolution purposes - typically up to seven years after the shipment. Account data is kept while your account is active; if you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data except where we have a legal obligation to retain it.
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. These are required for the site to work and don't track you across other websites. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. You can update most account details directly from your profile; for anything else, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
